Course Description: The Super Sitter program is a babysitting course designed for participants 11 – 16 years old who have an active interest in babysitting and childcare. This is a 6-hour course that covers CPR and first aid, safety precautions, how to handle emergency situations, how to prevent accidents, behavior and discipline, knowing how to care for babies and toddlers, appropriate toys and games, and ideas to keep young children entertained. Hand-outs and workbooks are given to all participants. A certification and Heartsaver CPR card will be given after conclusion of course.

Additional Information:

This program is for children 11 – 16 years old who love kids and want to learn the correct ways to baby sit. It is recommended that the parents attend the program for at least 15 minutes.
