Course Description: The Advanced Concepts & Technology of IV Therapy program is an 8-hour course that utilizes lecture, videos, handouts, discussion and hands-on practice to familiarize participants with IV therapy. This program is designed for professionals with some IV experience and includes working with the care of advanced line placement, care, and prevention of complications. A certificate is awarded after successful completion. Must have successfully completed Basic Concepts and Technology in IV Therapy to enroll in this course.

Bring a pen or pencil, a note pad, and a lunch (if needed).
Practice test and handouts are given to each participant during the program.

Additional Information:

If the IV program is setup through DNS and is under our contract, the participant will pay $210.00 at our facility or $215.00 at their facility for an 8 to 16 hour program tailored to fit the needs of the group (minimum charge of 6 participants).
